Exit Junction 27 of the M5 and follow signs for Tiverton.
When you come to the roundabout with MacDonalds on your left, take the 3rd exit and then an immediate left. Follow this road all the way down and past a Junior School on your right (this is now Cowley Moor Road) you will come across a small mini roundabout at the bottom. Go straight across and up the hill, this is now Belmont Road. When you see another small mini roundabout go straight across again. You will have an old disused hospital on your left and a large entrance. Directly opposite this entrance (on your right) you will see a driveway leading to a house at the end. Welcome to Number 3. We have a large gravelled area on your right with enough space for 2 cars and also plenty of room in front of the house for a further 3 cars.
