THE TOWN
Tiverton is a busy market town, situated centrally in the County, within easy distance of both North and South coasts and within half an hours bus ride from the historic City of Exeter with its many cafes, bars, shops and nightlife. Close to both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks providing breathtaking scenery, wildlife, peace and quiet.

Tiverton, an old wool town, nestling in the valley of the River Exe, here it meets with the River Loman where it gets it's name Twyford Town. Famous for Blundells School, the Grand Western Canal once linking Tiverton to Bridgwater and the internationally known lace factory of John Heathcott.

ACCOMMODATION
We are situated only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Tiverton yet surrounded by secluded mature gardens, perfect to relax and unwind.

The spacious double room, comprises TV/DVD player (we have over 100 dvd titles to play during your stay with us), wardrobe, settee and washbasin. The room catches the early morning sun allowing you views over the front garden area, beautiful in the summer months.

We have a large kitchen/dining area, bathroom with shower facilities. We also encourage our guests to use the upper dining area and lounge to relax and unwind, play music or watch TV or just sit and chat with your hosts.

We also have a large conservatory with hot tub, which looks out into the rear garden area which has views of our fruit trees and bamboo screen. We are currently updating this area to include a marqueed seating area amongst the trees.

THE GARDEN
We have a small patio area around the conservatory with sun loungers, chairs and a table, a chimnea for the evenings to keep you warm or to barbecue food. We have many areas of interest around the garden, with peaceful shaded areas if you want to relax by yourself.

We are trying to attract wildlife into the garden, with various ponds and water features, slated ground for lizards, plants which attract birds and insects.
