Set on the approach to Ilfracombe Town Centre "A'gape" (Greek - meaning brotherly love) has breathtaking views overlooking the harbour area, Wilder Beach, Capston, Lantern Hill, Hillsborough and sea views across the Severn to Wales.


"A'gape" is a garden apartment in a Victorian House, comprising ground floor spacious dining  kitchen, shower room, hallway and large multi-functional room leading onto paved garden with sea views, together with a first floor multi-functional room with even better views. "A'gape" is equipped to accommodate up to 4 adults.



THE MULTI-FUNCTIONAL ROOMS

The rooms have been designed to be multi purpose, whether you prefer to wake up and see the beautiful sea views first thing in the morning from the 1st floor room and make it into a bedroom, or if you prefer to look out during the day whilst reading a book from the bay windows.....you decide!!!


The first floor room comprises, a luxury double futon, double bed and seating for the bay windows, whilst the ground floor comprises a double futon, luxury 3 seater sofa/chaise lounge which with a gentle pull becomes a king size bed!!, there is also a television and dvd facilities.


THE KITCHEN

The morning sunshine greets this room making it light and airy and a pleasure to be in. The room comprises all the utilities you would expect (cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster etc.) and can easiliy accommodate upto 6 guests.



THE SHOWER ROOM

Please contact us regarding availability. Prices start from £200 per week in low season. When booking please state SELF CATERING ILFRACOMBE in all correspondence. Please note that this is NOT a naturist holiday apartment (of course what goes on behind closed curtains is entirely up to you!!!) Short Breaks by arrangement out of season.


All bedlinen is provided along with 4 towels and hand towels. If more are required we do ask guests to bring their own.


BOOKING

We do ask for a 20% deposit to book the apartment, followed by the remaining balance  3 weeks prior to your stay. Further details including directions will then be sent out.
