Number 3 is situated only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Tiverton, surrounded by secluded, mature gardens, perfect to relax and unwind.

We currently have a double room, and a new communal room if you don’t mind sharing with someone else!! (cheaper rate depending on how many you are sharing with)

The front garden has a large summerhouse and pond, lawn area for sunbathing.

The conservatory looks out onto the back garden which has views of our fruit trees and a large bamboo screen. We have a jacuzzi adjacent to the conservatory.

We actively encourage our guests to become part of the family, have a chat with us in the lounge, watch a DVD or TV, just relax and have a drink with us.

Breakfast: Fruit Juice, Tea or Coffee, Cereals, Yoghurts and Toast. Fresh fruit also available.
